Physics Words: Gravity

Simple Description

A force that pulls objects together

Further Detail

Gravity is only noticeable if at least one of the two objects being pulled together has a very large mass. As such, we can feel the gravity pulling ourselves towards the centre of the Earth but we can't feel the gravity pulling us towards another person. On the Earth, gravity will always pull objects towards the centre of the Earth (where the Earth's centre of gravity is).
